Vehcial Accident Standby Upgraded to Entrapment

While crews were out doing RIT training with Companies 2-4 and 6-4, Rescue 211 was dispatched to 1525 Manheim Pike for a Vehical Accident Standby.  While enroute Chief 20 advised incoming units of 3 people stuck in the car.  R2-11 arrived to find a single car over the egde of an embankment being held by a telephone pole.  Crews from 2-11 quickly secured the car using cribbing and the winch.  Capt. McCardell and Firefighter Migdal extricated the patients for the driver side of the vehical.  Hazards were neutralized and all crews went available a short time later.
