Today Station 211 was dispatched to 1480 Manheim Pike for a reported building fire at Alcoa. Engine 2-11-3 arrived on location and advised of a light smoke condition outside the building. Crews were  met by the Alcoa Fire Brigade Chief who advised  that molten metal had been spilled on the ground.  The spill was contained but the facility was filled with smoke. Crews from 2-11, 6-4, 6-6, 2-4, 2-7, 6-7, 2-9, 6-3, 2-10, and 2-3 assisted with ventilation and the removal of the metal. Crews operated on scene for approx 4 hours.  Thank you to all companies who assisted on the call.
