Rescue 2-11, Squad 2-11-1 and Engine 2-4-1 were dispatched to Fruitville Pike and Chester Rd. for a reported car fire. Captain 2-11(McCardell) arrived on location with fire showing from the engine compartment. Crews from R2-11, S2-11-1 and Engine 2-4-1 extinguished the fire within minutes. Crews checked for hot spots then went available.
